The exemption permits the Associated General Contractors of America, San Diego Chapter, Inc. (the Chapter) to lease certain improved real property (the Property) located in San Diego, California to the Associated General Contractors of America, San Diego Chapter, Inc. Apprenticeship and Training Fund (the Plan or the Applicant).
