SECTION 1. ELIMINATION OF REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE REPUBLIC OF CYPRUS. (a) Elimination of Limitations and Exclusions Regarding Defense Articles.--Section 1250A of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (22 U.S.C. 2373 note) is amended-- (1) in the heading, by striking ``repeal of prohibition on'' and inserting ``sense of congress regarding''; (2) in subsection (a), by striking ``(a) Sense of Congress.--It is the sense of Congress that--'' and inserting the following: ``It is the sense of Congress that--''; and (3) by striking subsections (b), (c), and (d). (b) Elimination of Requirements Regarding Security Assistance and Certain Sales.--Section 620C of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2373) is amended by striking subsections (d) and (e).
