Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Environmental Calculations Act of 2025'' or the ``SEC Act of 2025''.

Section 23 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78w)

Section 23 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78w) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(e) Prohibition on Requiring an Issuer To Make Climate-Related Disclosures That Are Not Material to Investors.--The Commission may not require an issuer to make climate-related disclosures that are not material to investors.''.
