Resolved,

SECTION 1. BROADCASTING THE HOUSE.

SECTION 1. BROADCASTING THE HOUSE. Rule V of the Rules of the House of Representatives is amended-- (1) by redesignating clause 3 as clause 4; and (2) by inserting after clause 2 the following new clause: ``3. The Speaker must allow the Cable-Satellite Public Affairs Network (C-SPAN) to broadcast and record the floor proceedings of the House with not less than 4 cameras owned and operated by C-SPAN.''.
