                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                     December 22, 2010.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R.
6523) entitled ``An Act to authorize appropriations for fiscal year
2011 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military
construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy,
to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for
other purposes.'', do pass with the following

                              AMENDMENTS:

            Strike title XVII and corresponding table of contents on
      page 18.
