Revises the boundaries of the George Washington Birthplace National Monument. Permits the Secretary of the Interior to acquire lands within the boundaries. Directs the Secretary, in administering such Monument, to take actions to preserve and interpret the history and resources associated with George Washington, the generations of the Washington family who lived in the area, and 18th century plantation life and society.
