An amendment to the Hansen (UT) amendment on the previous legislative day to require both Houses of Congress to pass a resolution of approval before the funds can be spent on the MX missile system basing mode. This replaces the resolution of disapproval requirement of the Hansen (UT) amendment, leaving the other requirements of that amendment.
