HAMDT 45 - 97
An amendment to permit legal service employees to strike under certain limited conditions. Employees would be permitted to strike when an impasse in collective bargaining occurs, but only after they have notified the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service of the dispute and allowed 60 days for the service to address the situation, and only if the strike does not violate the professional responsibility of the striking employees.
