HAMDT 41 - 97
An amendment to eliminate the requirement that all recipient organizations which provide legal services be nonprofit and organized solely to provide legal services to eligible clients. It also provides that the bar association representing the majority of the attorneys on the governing board as opposed to appointing all of them.
