An amendment to prohibit the use of funds by the Immigration and Naturalization Service for processing or detaining any entrant, applicant for political asylum or refugee status, or other alien at the Krome North facility in Florida, if more than 525 aliens are being detained there or at any other facility in Dade or Monroe counties of Florida.
