An amendment to provide 250,000 dollars compensation for the President. This amendment restores funds removed from the bill on a point of order made by Mrs. Schroeder. This amendment does not restore language removed by the point of order that stipulated that the funds for the President were not to be taxed, and that any unused portion was to revert to the Treasury.
