An amendment to stipulate that no more than $70,000 of the funds provided for general investigations are to be used for a study of flooding and drainage problems in Alexander and Pulaski counties in Illinois. Also study of the main stem of the Ohio River to evaluate alternatives for flood damage reduction in Saline and Gallatin Counties, Illinois, is to be limited to $100,000.
