An amendment to add that none of the funds provided in this act are to be used by a department or agency to provide personal cook, chauffeur, or servant to any officer or employee of the department or agency. It also requires that all passenger automobiles purchased have an EPA estimated miles per gallon average of 22 miles per gallon or better.
