An amendment to reduce funds for energy conservation activities from $203,890,000 to $68,890,000 and to increase the funds for those activities to be derived from "Fossil Energy Construction" from $168,608,000 to $303,608,000. The effect of the amendment is to eliminate funds for the SRC - 1 demonstration project.
