HAMDT 114 - 97
An amendment to provide that no gender based distinction may be made in the acceptance of individuals for original enlistment into the Armed Forces based upon attainment of a high school equivalency certificate. The Secretary of Defense is required to submit a report to Congress on the impact of this policy.
