HAMDT 242 - 113
Amendment provides that all claims arising from projects taking place under the bill are to be filed within 60 days and resolved within 180 days. Amendment also places restrictions on appeals and institutes a "loser pays" requirement on individuals or entities filing suit, except in specified circumstances, and stipulates that the amendment only applies to individuals or entities which are not parties to the pending leases.
