HAMDT 27 - 109
An amendment numbered eight printed in Part B of House Report 109-14 to streamline tolling authority to charge tolls on new lanes, and it dedicates those revenues to the user fee purpose. Additionally the amendment restricts the authority to convert existing non-toll Interstate highway lanes onto tolled roads and then indefinitely toll those roads.
